With an isokinetic strength test, we can evaluate the knee flexor and knee extensor muscles and jointly assess the strength and symmetry of the muscles as well as the strength ratio of the knee flexor to knee extensor muscles. In addition, we also analyse your core strength and balance. We then use the results to uncover training deficits in a targeted manner and offer you a detailed overview of your current fitness level.
