  2. Isokinetic Test

    An isokinetic test is used to measure the speed and resistance of a movement at a joint and the strength of the muscles around the joint.
    Most frequently, knees, ankles, hips and shoulders are tested.
    Standardised test positions make it possible to compare the left and right sides objectively, for example, revealing possible muscle deficits or imbalances.
    These can be improved preventively or exercised specifically in the case of a past injury or as a result of degeneration.

  3. Jump Test

    A jump power test measures individual strength using various vertical jumps on a jump measurement plate. Jump power tests are often used by sports coaches, physical therapists, and sports medicine specialists to evaluate an athlete's jumping performance and track their progress in improving their jump power. The results can also help identify weaknesses and deficits that require specific training or rehabilitation programs.

    Movement analysis consists of functional test exercices. Our trainers observe these basic movements and evaluate them for strengths and weaknesses. This allows them to create an individualised at-home training programme.

  5. Core test

    The core test evaluates the selective activation of the core, pelvic and back muscles.
    We use different concepts for this purpose that can be tailored individually to analyse specific problem areas.
    These include functional movement screening (FMS), movement control tests, and our own in-house core and leg-axis tests.
    Core strength is important for almost all sporting disciplines as well as for preventing back pain and misdirected strain.
    In addition, leg axis stability can also be analysed.

  6. Bioelectrical impedance analysis with consultation

    Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a method for measuring body fat, muscle mass and body water.
    The results help to determine the body composition and monitor it over time.

  7. Resting Metabolic Rate Measurement

    Resting metabolic rate measurement is a method for determining the energy that the body requires to work at rest.
    It can help individuals to gain a better understanding of their daily calorie needs and it offers an individual estimate of a person’s daily energy needs.
    This type of measurement can therefore provide useful information for weight loss or weight gain and can also serve as a basis for nutritional advice and personal training. For a particularly reliable measurement, the test should be carried out in the morning on an empty stomach.

  8. Spiroergometry with performance analysis

    Spiroergometry is a modern exercise test that measures your breathing, oxygen uptake (VO₂), carbon dioxide output (VCO₂), and heart rate under increasing physical нагрузка. Based on these measurements, your maximal oxygen uptake (VO₂max), optimal fat-burning zone, and individual training zones can be determined with high precision.

    • If you have high blood pressure, heart or lung conditions, diabetes, or severe overweight, we kindly ask you to schedule your appointment by phone. Depending on your individual situation, a prior medical check-up may be recommended.
    • Please avoid intense training sessions for 48 hours prior to the test.
    • Refrain from heavy meals 2–3 hours before the test.

    If you experience persistent pain in your lower extremities or pelvic area when exercising, it is worth having your musculoskeletal system examined in detail. A thorough running and gait analysis is the first step towards improving your body awareness. Using various techniques, all relevant parameters are recorded in a 60-minute analysis process in order to determine therapeutic measures for improving your gait. If necessary, the data obtained is used to manufacture customized orthopedic insoles.
